There are several things I really like about this squeaky doughnut dog toy from Vo-Toys. First, unlike plush toys, this one is made from vinyl. This is a major plus in my book because picking up a stuffed toy soaked with doggie drool and hearing it go "splat!" on your living room floor when your dog doesn't catch it isn't pleasant. Second, the 6" doughnut is covered in chocolate, rather than that curiously popular pink-flavored (what does pink taste like?), icing. And third, the label shuns the wretched "donut" in favor of my preferred "doughnut" spelling.

I don't know why these squeaky plush doughnut dog toys from Muttropolis couldn't also be for babies (other than the behind-your-back "She gave her child a dog toy!" whispering it would cause, of course), but the 5" rings of frosted goodness are advertised as playthings for doggies.

Each one costs $7.50 and is filled with three squeakers to ensure "a squeak in every bite."
